**WHAT YOU WILL DO**

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Ensuring the Group’s back-office commission processing system is up to date and accurate and on-going basis.
- Liaising with internal stakeholders regarding matters such as commission eligibility, approvals, calculations and payments.
- Regularly preparing management reports that are accurate, timely, and in accordance with management requirements.
- Contributing to the improvement of systems, policies and procedures aimed at enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the commission workstream.
- Ensuring that all key information and documentation relating to commission are maintained in a structured manner and that these are up to date at all times.
- Statistical analysis and interpretation of commissioning information, planning of commissioning processes.
- Prepare Commission statements on monthly basis, Meeting strict deadlines for commissions submission to payroll.
- Responding as quickly as feasible to all commission-related questions includes Audit Queries and Employee’s Queries.
- Entering commission transactions into the system in a timely manner.
- Assisting with other tasks performed in relation to Commission as and when required.

**YOU WILL HAVE**
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical and numeracy skills.
- Ability to communicate with senior members of staff across the business.
- Advance Excel: Pivot and Vlookup, HLookup, sumif, etc.,
- Prior work experience in the same position.
