**About Us**:
Asli Kahani is a dynamic and innovative media company dedicated to creating compelling and authentic stories that resonate with a global audience. We are looking for a talented Video Editor with Graphic Design skills to join our team and help us bring our stories to life through the magic of video editing and visually engaging graphics. If you are passionate about storytelling and have a background in Mass Communication, we want to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with our creative team to understand the vision and objectives of each video project.
- Edit raw video footage to produce high-quality, engaging, and visually appealing content.
- Trim, cut, and assemble video segments while ensuring logical sequencing and smooth transitions.
- Add music, sound effects, and graphics to enhance the overall quality of the videos.
- Create or modify graphics, animations, and other visual elements to be included in videos.
- Review and select the best shots for the final edit, making sure they align with the project's goals.
- Create visually appealing thumbnails and cover images for videos.
- Stay updated on industry trends and editing techniques to continuously improve your skills and contribute fresh ideas to the team.
- Collaborate with producers and other team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards.

**Requirements**:

- A degree in Mass Communication or a related field is highly preferred.
- Proven experience as a Video Editor with a strong portfolio showcasing your editing skills.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or similar tools.
- Strong knowledge of video storytelling, pacing, and narrative structure.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.
- Ability to create and incorporate visually appealing graphics, animations, and visual effects into videos.
- Attention to detail, creativity, and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with other team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
