Roles & Responsibilities:

- Support parents throughout the admission process by answering their queries and helping them to complete the required documents.
- Maintain the target metrics by converting prospective students into confirmed admission and succeed in achieving the performance goals.
- Participate in the decision-making process for student admissions based on school policies and guidelines.
- Prepares and presents reports to the centre head / Management as and when required.
- Maintain regular communication with students, parents to understand their requirements and improve the student satisfaction by gaining knowledge about PW’s different products.
- Perform centre administrative and clerical activities when needed.
- Maintain Walk-in register and follow-up with the students/parents
- Conduct parent teacher meetings.
- Collection of payments and maintain all the data of institute
- Liaison with Central office for upcoming programs, admission tests, schemes and other offers
- Ensuring completing the target on time.

**Working Experience**
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Counselling
- Excel knowledge and Edtech work experience is an advantage.

**Qualification & Eligibility**:

- Any Graduate with prior experience as a counsellor in the Education industry Preferred.

**Salary**: Up to ₹360,000.00 per year

- Patna - 800001, Bihar: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Academic counseling: 2 years (preferred)
