**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide individualized counselling for academic, career, and personal development.
- Develop and monitor personalized action plans tailored to client needs.
- Conduct assessments and maintain confidential, accurate records.
- Design and lead workshops or seminars on relevant topics.
- Collaborate with team members and offer crisis intervention support when necessary.
- Stay informed on best practices and advancements in counselling techniques.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Counselling or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- **Experience**: Minimum 3 years of counselling experience, preferably in an educational or similar setting.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant certifications in counselling or related areas (preferred).
