**position purpose**
Receptionist is essential for creating a positive first impression and ensuring the smooth functioning of an organization's front office. They need to have strong interpersonal skills, good communication abilities, and the ability to handle various tasks simultaneously while remaining organized and professional.
**Job Summary**:
Managing the Front Desk
Ensuring that information and materials are readily available to visitors.
Assisting with visitor sign-in and security procedures.
Balancing multiple tasks, such as answering the phone while assisting visitors and managing administrative duties.
Addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a courteous and helpful manner.
Keeping records of visitors, phone calls, and appointments.
Updating contact information for employees and clients.
**Minimum Eligibility**:
Must be a graduate.
Must posses good communication skills.
Should have minimum experience of 1-2 year.
Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office) and office equipment, including phone systems and computers.
**Location : Nana Chiloda, New shahibaug, Ahmedabad**
**Salary**: From ₹20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
