Opening for Virtual Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and organize client’s appointments, and work as E.A/P.A
- Responsible to handle social media of the client and be the POC.
- Ensure data integrity and data entry in different tools.
- Analyze data and generate report to support client operations.
- Provide support in project planning, tracking, and preparing documentation.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other materials for projects.
- Work with the client’s team to ensure project deadlines and make sure milestones are met.
- Customize pitches based on client needs to build strong relationships.
- Responsible for handling inbound/outbound calls.
- Responsible to create revenue generate for the client.
**Requirements and skills**:
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant/QA (non-tech, customer focused or relevant role)
- Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office)
- Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)
- Excellent time management skills
- Experience with different tools like Canva, Monday, Slac, Adobe Photoshop will be plus.
- Experience with different CRM tools.
**Education and Experience**:
- A Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Minimum 1-8 year of industry experience (1-4 International experience is mandatory).
- Cold calling and sales experience is preferred.
- Previous experience in a similar administrative or operational support role is a plus.

Pay: ₹10,153.96 - ₹37,134.10 per month
