**Position: Machine Operator - Wet Press**

**Fundamental Parameters**:

- Location: Tiltda, District
- Raipur (Chhattisgarh)
- Education: ITI / Diploma (Mechanical)
- Experience: Minimum 5 years

**Functional Parameters**:

- Operate wet press machinery to produce paver blocks according to specifications.
- Set up molds and ensure accurate alignment for precise block formation.
- Monitor press cycles and adjust settings for optimal block quality.
- Inspect finished blocks for texture, strength, and adherence to standards.
- Conduct routine machine maintenance and address minor issues promptly.
- Follow to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of production data and reports.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical problems/Issues.
- Continuously upgrade skills for improved operation and efficiency.
