**Key Roles**:

- Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns to enhance the restaurant’s online presence.
- Develop strategies to attract and retain customers through digital platforms.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Management**:

- Create, schedule, and post engaging content on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
- Respond to comments, reviews, and messages promptly to build customer relationships.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to optimize performance.
- **Content Creation**:

- Design promotional materials, banners, and videos tailored to the restaurant’s theme and events.
- Collaborate with photographers/videographers for high-quality food and event visuals.
- **Online Advertising**:

- Plan and execute paid campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram.
- Track ROI and optimize ad spend for maximum reach and conversions.
- **Website Management**:

- Ensure the restaurant’s website is up-to-date with menus, events, and offers.
- Optimize the website for SEO to improve search rankings.
- **Customer Engagement and Feedback**:

- Monitor online reviews on platforms like Zomato, Google Reviews, and TripAdvisor.
- Engage with customers by addressing feedback and ensuring a positive brand reputation.
- **Market Analysis**:

- Conduct competitor analysis to identify trends and customer preferences.
- Provide insights to the management team for strategic decision-making.
- **Event Promotion**:

- Strategize digital promotions for restaurant events, special nights, and seasonal offers.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:

- Use tools like Google Analytics and social media insights to track campaign performance.
- Prepare monthly reports showcasing key metrics and areas for improvement.

**Skills Required**:

- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Canva, etc.).
- Strong understanding of SEO and SEM.
- Creative thinking and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,395.20 - ₹33,528.08 per month
