We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Executive who has a strong command over SEO Social Media Marketing SMM Google Ads and Influencer Marketing The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of building brands managing digital campaigns end-to-end and delivering measurable results across various platforms This is a performance-driven role that requires strategic thinking hands-on execution and creative problem-solving to drive brand visibility engagement and lead generation Key Responsibilities Develop execute and optimize SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website traffic Manage and grow brand presence across social media platforms Instagram Facebook LinkedIn YouTube etc Create and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads and other advertising platforms Search Display YouTube Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns with relevant micro and macro influencers Collaborate with design and content teams to produce engaging visuals and creatives Analyze campaign performance regularly using tools like Google Analytics Meta Business Manager etc and generate actionable insights Build and execute monthly digital marketing calendars aligned with brand goals and campaigns Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for timely execution of campaigns Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing platform updates and competitor strategies Required Skills Qualifications Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in Digital Marketing Strong understanding of SEO keyword research and technical optimization Experience in handling and scaling Google Ads and paid ad campaigns Proven success with social media strategies and platform-specific content Experience in influencer onboarding coordination and campaign tracking Familiarity with marketing tools like Google Analytics Google Search Console Meta Ads Manager etc Ability to work independently take ownership of campaigns and meet deadlines Strong communication skills and a creative approach to marketing Preferred Bachelor s degree in Marketing Digital Media Communications or related field Prior experience in a consumer brand or lifestyle product industry is a plus Ability to ideate and run product launch campaigns Why Join Us Be a part of a fast-growing consumer brand Featherfresh with a vision to innovate the Indian mattress and wellness market Work in an energetic forward-thinking environment where your ideas matter Opportunity to take end-to-end ownership of digital growth initiatives Salary As per industry standards Job Types Full-time Permanent Starting Pay 10 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Commuter assistance Flexible schedule Internet reimbursement Schedule Day shift Fixed shift Morning shift Work Location In person Job Type Full-time Pay From 10 000 00 per month Experience Digital marketing 1 year Preferred Work Location In person
