B) Follow and administer the care plan that is designed for the patient as per the clinical SOPs and guidelines.

C) Ensure documentation compliance and record update for all patients (paper record and EMR) as a part of process.

D) Interpret patient information and collaborate with physicians and other team members in decision making about the needed action.

E) Maintain Nursing notes and report to the Supervisor/Lead.

F) Maintain reports of patient’s medical condition and monitor changes in their condition.

G) Handover work log during shift change as per the defined process.

H) Provide education and support to patient and their family members.Be responsible & accountable for the stock provided.

Note: Food & accomodation will be provided.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
