**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the UK healthcare sector, specifically for doctor recruitment.

2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients (NHS trusts, hospitals, clinics, etc.).

3. Develop and execute strategies to increase market share and revenue in the doctors division.

4. Collaborate with internal teams (recruitment, operations, etc.) to ensure seamless delivery of services.

5. Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.

6. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.

**Requirements**:
1. Experience in business development, sales, or recruitment within the UK healthcare sector.

2. Strong understanding of the NHS and private healthcare market.

3. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

5. Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
