**Job Role**: Healthcare Recruiter
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for healthcare roles, including doctors, nurses, technicians, and administrative staff.
- Conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and communication skills.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and close positions within deadlines.
- Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future healthcare staffing needs.
- Maintain compliance with recruitment regulations and documentation.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 1-2 years in healthcare recruitment or related fields.
- **Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of healthcare job roles and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and job portals.
- Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously and meet hiring targets.
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in HR, Healthcare Administration, or related fields (preferred).

**Salary**: Competitive, based on experience and qualifications.

Pay: ₹9,487.79 - ₹45,897.28 per month
