**JOB POSITION**:TELECOUNSELLOR

**Job Location**: Gurugram.

**Interview Mode**: Face-to-Face

**Education Requirement**: Graduation (mandatory)

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
- Provide counseling and guidance to students regarding educational programs and career options.
- Identify students' needs and assist them in making informed decisions about their future.
- Generate and follow up on leads to maximize enrollments.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Develop a strong understanding of the courses offered to provide precise and effective counseling.
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing queries and concerns professionally.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
