Telecaller Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Outbound Calling**:
- Make high volume outbound calls to international clients/customers.
- Introduce and promote company products/services to potential clients.
- Identify potential sales opportunities and generate leads.
- **Customer Engagement**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Address customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products/services.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.
- **Sales Targets**:
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and quotas.
- Utilize sales techniques to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- **Market Research**:
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.
- Provide feedback and insights to the management team for improving products/services.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and sales activities.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance and customer feedback.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**:
- High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
- **Experience**:
- Proven experience in outbound telecalling, telesales, or a similar role.
- Experience in international sales/customer service is a plus.
- **Skills**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- **Personal Attributes**:
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Positive attitude and a desire to provide excellent customer service.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹26,156.54 per month
