**Job description**

At Medhavi Foundation as an Automotive trainer you would be responsible for:

- Training the students to carry out routine service and minor repairs of Vehicles and aggregates of two and three-wheelers, making them understand auto component specifications, correct use workshop tools, assess the need of repairs, and understanding contents of service manuals.
- Prepare them to plan and organize work to meet expected outcomes, plan & understand work content and output required in a given time, maintain set quality standards, identify and manage organizational resources efficiently and effectively.
- Conducting training and practical sessions of the student batches for the automotive Job role.
- Apart from conducting training sessions and laboratory sessions as per guidelines, broad responsibility areas may also include Biometric attendance management, organizing internship, on the job training, and placement drives, contacting relevant recruiters/automobile companies / Industry if required.
- Minimising student dropouts and maximizing student attendance during the skill programmes and also ensuring student learning outcomes are delivered as per the course design.

**Salary**: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month.

Job Location: - Silchar, kokrajhar.

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
