**JOB DESCRIPTION**- Ensure optimal tech performance in a key support role, driving stability and efficiency at a leading global financial firm.Join a dynamic team shaping the tech backbone of our operations, where your expertise fuels seamless system functionality and innovation.

**Job responsibilities**
- Assist in the improvement of operational stability and availability through participation in problem management
- Assist in monitoring production environments for anomalies and address issues using standard observability tools
- Identify and document basic issues and potential solutions for business and technology stakeholders

**Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills**
- 2+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in troubleshooting, resolving, and maintaining information technology services
- Proficient in any of distributed technology: Java/Unix/ SQL/AWS
- Knowledge of any of scheduling tool for ex. Autosys/control M
- Should have good understanding of ITIL principles Good knowledge of Unix OS with the ability to carry out root cause analysis**Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills**
- Exposure to one or more general-purpose programming languages or automation scripting
- Knowledge of Payment system processes is an added advantage.
