Job Responsibilities:
As a Cafe Steward at Ricos, your primary responsibilities will include:
1. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming and assisting guests, taking orders, and ensuring a positive dining experience.

2. Order Management: Efficiently take and process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in serving food and beverages.

3. Table Maintenance: Maintain clean and organized tables, set up for the next guests, and assist in maintaining a neat and inviting cafe environment.

4. Menu Knowledge: Thoroughly understand the menu, including food and beverage offerings, and be able to make recommendations to customers.

5. Cash Handling: Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly, ensuring the security of funds.

6. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the cafe team to ensure a smooth operation, including helping with food preparation, dishwashing, and cleaning tasks as needed.

7. Compliance: Adhere to health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the cafe.

8. Problem Solving: Handle customer complaints and issues professionally and find effective solutions.

9. Upselling: Promote cafe specials, loyalty programs, and additional items to increase sales.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and a customer-centric approach.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.

Working Hours:

- This is a full-time position with flexible shifts, including weekends and evenings.
