**Specific Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project.
- Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements.
- Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations.
- Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met.
- Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies.
- Hire contractors and other staff within budget and allocate responsibilities.
- Supervise the work of laborers, mechanics etc. and give them guidance when needed.
- Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports.
- Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues.
- Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Analysis of proposals, assignment of work after comparison of offers and getting the work done as per drawings, agreement and prescribed guidelines, billing, testing of materials used for construction.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Maintain detailed record of every construction which includes layouts / drawings, expenses occurred, approvals etc. To report on duty on time and leave the site after completion of day's work.

**Qualification**
- Bachelor's degree in Building Construction, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Architecture
- 5-7 years of experience in project management within construction
- PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification will be an advantage

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 per month

- Morning shift
