Welding Supervisor

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Welding Supervisor to join our team. The Welding Supervisor will oversee all welding activities within our facility, ensuring that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise the given tasks and assignments to the team.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of welding personnel, including assigning tasks, providing guidance and training, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
- Inspect the quality of work done by the workers, if it is meeting the quality standards or not.
- To provide the daily production report to the senior.
- Ensure to meet and compete the daily production targets with all quality and safety aspects.
- Enforce safety regulations and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Manage welding materials, equipment, and consumables, ensuring availability and efficient use.
- Troubleshoot welding issues and address any problems that arise during the welding process.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
