- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards, including HACCP and GMP guidelines.
- Clean and sanitize equipment, machinery, and tools used in food production.
- Dispose of waste and recyclables in accordance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Replenish supplies such as soap, sanitizers, paper towels, and other consumables.
- Monitor and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for cleaning schedules and tasks.
- Assist in preparing for audits and inspections by maintaining required cleanliness levels.
- Operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers and vacuum cleaners safely and effectively.
- Adhere to personal protective equipment (PPE) and hygiene requirements at all times.
