**Job Title**:SCM Executive

**Department**: Supply Chain Management
**Location**: Gurgaon

Pay Range: 20,000 to 30,000 p.m

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented **SCM Executive** to support our supply chain operations. SCM Executive will assist in managing inventory, procurement, logistics, and vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Inventory Management**:

- Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability to meet project requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to track inventory movements and avoid stockouts or overstocking.
- Perform regular stock audits and update inventory records.

2. **Procurement & Sourcing**:

- Assist in sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotes, and negotiating with vendors for goods and services.
- Ensure timely procurement of materials and maintain proper documentation of purchase orders.
- Track orders from suppliers to ensure on-time deliveries.

3. **Logistics & Transportation**:

- Coordinate with logistics providers to ensure timely delivery of products to customers or other departments.
- Monitor shipment schedules and manage any transportation-related issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline inbound and outbound logistics.

4. **Reporting & Documentation**:

- Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports on inventory levels, procurement activities, and supply chain performance.
- Assist in preparing reports for management regarding supply chain performance and trends.

5. **Cross-functional Collaboration**:

- Work closely with departments such as Sales, Procurement, Finance, and Operations to ensure alignment of supply chain activities with business goals.
- Assist in the coordination of production schedules, inventory control, and order fulfilment.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement.
- Familiarity with supply chain management software and tools (e.g., Zoho Inventory and Excel).
- Knowledge of supply chain best practices and industry standards is preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

**Working Conditions**:

- Full-time position.
- May require occasional travel to suppliers, warehouses, or other relevant sites

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
