**About SMIFS**

SMIFS is a rapidly growing firm in the financial services industry, dedicated to delivering insightful, value-driven research and investment solutions. We are seeking a passionate and **experienced Senior Creative Designer**to transform our research insights and marketing vision into impactful digital and print creatives.

This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of design and finance—developing compelling creatives for daily market reports, IPO notes, mutual fund content, research recommendations, digital marketing ad banners and more.

**Key Responsibilities** - **Design & Brand Communication**
- Create visually appealing templates and layouts for **daily, monthly, and special research reports** (Equity, IPOs, MFs, Thematic Notes, etc.).
- Build consistent, brand-aligned creatives for **product decks, infographics, newsletters**, and **digital campaigns**.
- Support the **research desk and marketing team** with timely creatives that enhance readability and visual engagement.
- Create **event collaterals**: banners, standees, backdrops, etc.

**Marketing & Campaign Support**
- Develop **interactive and motion-based content** for social and digital platforms.
- Ensure creative deliverables are aligned with the **stock exchange compliance standards** and industry regulations.

**Strategic & Creative Leadership**
- Own and evolve the **visual identity** of the brand across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate with **research analysts, digital marketers, product heads**, and stakeholders to translate data-heavy content into impactful visual stories.
- Manage multiple creative projects with deadlines and production requirements in mind.
- Stay ahead of design trends, **AI & GenAI creative tools**, and market-relevant branding strategies.

**Required Skills & Qualifications** **Technical & Creative Proficiency**
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Arts, Communication, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in a **senior design role**, preferably in **financial services, stock broking, or research-led environments**.
- Strong command over **Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects)**.
- Knowledge of **motion graphics, animation, UI/UX design, and CMS** is a plus.
- Ability to create both **print-ready and web-ready** creatives.

**Domain-Specific Understanding**
- Prior experience or understanding of the **financial ecosystem**—stock markets, research reports, and investment products.
- Knowledge of **stock exchange creative compliance standards** (e.g., SEBI disclaimers, research regulations, disclaimers, etc.) is highly preferred.

**Soft Skills & Team Dynamics**
- Strong **visual storytelling** and branding sensibility.
- Detail-oriented with excellent **time management** and **project execution** capabilities.
- Confident communicator with the ability to present concepts to internal teams and stakeholders.
- Collaborative attitude with a **solution-focused approach** in high-paced environments.
