**We are seeking a talented **Creative Graphic Designer** to join our marketing team. In this role, you will craft visually compelling designs that align with our **branding and marketing goals**. Your work will span digital, print, and multimedia formats, ensuring every project resonates with the target audience.**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop branding materials, including logos, brochures, business cards, and promotional assets.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to conceptualize and execute campaigns.
- Ensure designs are visually appealing, aligned with our brand guidelines, and optimized for different platforms.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
- Prepare final artwork for production and distribution.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
- Provide input on creative direction and contribute innovative ideas to campaigns.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- ** Experience**: 4-5 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a marketing agency.
- ** Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- ** Software Proficiency**: Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (**Photoshop, Illustrator, XD InDesign**) and other relevant design tools.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, and colour theory.
- Experience in creating motion graphics or video editing is a plus.
- Exceptional creativity and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate design concepts clearly and effectively.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work.
