We’re looking for a **motivated and detail-oriented PPC Specialist** with **1-2 years of experience** to join our results-driven digital marketing team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan, create, and manage **Google Ads**:

- Monitor keyword bids, ad performance, and daily budget pacing
- Conduct ongoing **A/B testing**, **audience analysis**, and **performance reporting**:

- Optimize campaigns to achieve desired ROI and reduce CPA
- Collaborate with content, design, and analytics teams to develop effective ad creatives
- Stay updated on the latest **PPC trends, tools, and algorithms**

**What We’re Looking For**
- **1-2 years of hands-on PPC experience**:

- Strong understanding of **conversion tracking, bidding strategies, and ad metrics**:

- Experience with **Google Analytics**, **Google Tag Manager**, and campaign dashboards
- Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail
- Good communication and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
