**Primary Skills**:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient **TIBCO BusinessEvents (BE)**solutions.
- Implement **Complex Event Processing (CEP)**workflows to support real-time decision-making.
- Create and manage **Concepts, Simple Events, Complex Events**, and **Rules**in BE.
- Configure and optimize **Backing Store**, **ActiveSpaces**, and **Event Preprocessors**.
- Integrate BE with **TIBCO BusinessWorks**, **EMS**, and external systems via APIs.
- Collaborate with business analysts and architects to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
**Secondary Skills**:
- Experience with **shell scripting**and **automation tools**.
- Familiarity with **cloud deployment**and **containerization**(e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
- Knowledge of **Kafka**, **Apache Pulsar**, or other messaging systems is advantageous
