**We are looking to hire a CRO with exceptional administrative and clerical skills.**

**Education: Degree in business administration (desirable) / BE - Civil.**

**Location: Mysore**

**_Responsibilities: _**
- Perform accurate research and analysis.
- Coordinate arrangements, meetings and/or conferences as assigned.
- Take dictation and write correspondence.
- Compile, proofread and revise drafts of documents and reports.
- Daily record keeping and filing of documents.
- Prepare reports, presentations and correspondence accurately and swiftly.
- Create and organize information, and generate reference tools for easy use.
- Operate and maintain office equipment.
- Manage busy calendar, meeting coordination and travel arrangements.
- Professionally greet and receive guests and clients.
- Draft Minutes of Meetings for every meeting between CEO, EO and key stakeholders.
- Ensure efficient and effective administrative information and assistance.
- Additional Responsibilities as assigned.

- Engaging and outgoing personality
- Strong knowledge of databases and tracking systems.
- Fantastic organizational skills and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

**Salary**: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Vijaynagar 2nd stage, Mysore, Mysore - 570017, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
