**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain customer segmentation strategies to target audiences effectively.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions, unsubscribe rates) and provide actionable insights.
- Continuously analyze customer behavior and trends to improve targeting and campaign effectiveness.
- Manage and grow the subscriber database while ensuring data hygiene and accuracy.

**Requirements**:

- Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Google Analytics, spreadsheet, or other reporting platforms.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
- Highly organized with an eye for detail and a creative mindset.
- Bonus - If you’ve worked in the US market.
