Responsible for maintaining accounting operations on a daily basis
- Must be able to examine and analyze day to day accounting records
- Responsible for continuous monitoring of bank account activities as required, make calls to the bank or visit bank directly to clarify or to clarify items on the bank statements in order to reconcile activity or properly code it
- Co-ordination with banking partners, consultants, other external & internal teams - Day to day banking, documents preparation as & when required and other related queries to be handled
- Ensure monthly closing related to bank account activities, investments, forex and various schedules as required for audit
- Responsible for admin activities
- Help in executing various tasks and projects of the organization.
- As & when required, need to visit Banks, Consultant Office, Registrar office, IT/GST department, etc

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in accounting and administrative tasks.
- Basic knowledge of TDS & GST
- Well versed with Tally ERP9 and other accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
- Ability to commute for ad-hoc work
