We are looking for a Safety Officer who will oversee the safety operations atour Transmission and Substations sites and had an **experience of at least 2 years**.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conducting regular inspections and audits of sites to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of safety procedures, protocols, and training programs to promote a culture of safety awareness and compliance.
- Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and others to address safety concerns and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Investigating accidents, incidents, and near misses to determine root causes and recommend preventive measures to avoid recurrence.
- Providing safety orientations and training for new employees and subcontractors to ensure they are aware of safety protocols and procedures.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to safety inspections, incidents, training, and compliance activities.
- Monitoring and enforcing safety regulations.

**Requirements and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a safety officer or similar role.
- Excellent leadership skills.
- Knowledge of safety and regulatory standards.
- Flexibility to work in different shifts and environments.
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Industrial Safety or related field.
- Proficient in using computer software for project management and reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent time-management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
