
Customer Support Executive

We are hiring customer support executive.

Lead a team of IVR analysts, developers, and support staff in managing day-to-day operations.
Monitor system performance and user interaction data to identify areas for improvement.
Ensure timely resolution of issues, bugs, and outages in collaboration with CFT. Conduct regular quality checks and audits to ensure consistency and accuracy in the IVR system.
Collaborate with stakeholders (e.g., Customer Service, Product, Marketing) to gather requirements and prioritize IVR enhancements.
Maintain documentation including call flow diagrams, technical specifications, and process guidelines.
Train and mentor team members, providing performance feedback and development plans.
