3. Key Accountabilities
- Site Implementation of Reflexion system. Which includes master data imports, trainings client scope requirements, vendor management.
- Design and develop / maintain 03 websites (Client, Interior, EMCO) for all business units using WordPress, Net.
- Design and develop / maintain 06 internal web portal for specific business needs.
- Design and develop multiple Power BI dashboards for business.
- Developing UAT scripts and ensuring business availability.
- Provide first line support for Implementing IoT solutions via external vendors.
- Supporting websites enhancement and content updates.
Etisalat Call Marking, Event Registration Portal, and Raffle Draw as per business needs.

- Configure SEO related optimization recommended by external vendor.
- Monitoring database and continued coordination’s with managed service provider (Parent Company of Client).
