Roles and Responsibilities- Reporting to the respective in-charge and engineer.- Prepares micro planning schedule for the activities set by the Engineer- Daily review of program and progress with the Mould engineer and manager.- Achieving targets & progress as per the planned program.- Targeting for zero accidents.- Safe working condition and safe acts of all workers, machineries etc.- Quality check at all the stages of activities along with quality engineer.- Material wastages control like rebar, concrete, consumables etc.- Coordination with other mould engineers for resource utilization.- He should know about the stagging erection/shuttering work/concreting- Interacting with Engineer’s representatives and internal departments- Inspection of cable profile and HDPE pipe along with Pre-stressing agency/Engineer/ internal QA/QC section.- Arrangement of necessary materials required for next shift.- RFI submission as per the systems according to the activities planned.- Updating the shift registers/records.- Handing over & taking over with the counterparts.- Tools and tackles periodical checks along with P&M and safety section.
