**Job Title**
Graphic Designer/Sr. Graphic Designer

**Position Objectives and Expectations**(**Job Description)**
This profile will act as the guardian and author of the design language and creative output taking care of the identity and dynamic creative requirements with end use on.
1. Websites
2. Packaging
3. Corporate identity - to give our organization a visual 'brand'
4. Social Media
5. Print Collaterals
- Must be a pro in creating and reviewing designs for print, must be experienced in printing proof check/online proofing and can take decisive actions over colour and layout.
- Should have an artistic experience in creating stunning designer newsletters, magazine layout, catalogue designs, labels and packaging, etc.
- Must be an expert in using software like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign and Corel Draw.
- Should have the capability to create designs from the scratch using any software and then beautify them with his/her expertise.
- Must be able to brainstorm on designs with other stakeholders and sell their ideas on designs. Must ensure that all information is properly broadcasted to the team and all team members adhere to guidelines and deadlines.
- Must pay attention to details and ensure zero errors in production/print and daily outputs.
- Must be able to work under tight deadlines and deliver the designs without fail.

1. Creative flair, originality and a strong visual sense
2. Confidence to present and explain ideas
3. Coming up with design concepts that fit the needs
4. Presenting options for design treatments
5. Creating final designs, working to a deadline
6. Amending designs according to the final comments
7. Proofreading and preparing designs to be sent to print
8. Ability to pay attention to detail
9. Ability to multi task while working on simultaneous projects at a time
10. Good team worker

**Salary**: ₹600,000.00 per year
