**Responsibilities**
- Conceptualize and create visually appealing digital designs as per client requirements by gathering information and materials.
- Revising designs based on client feedback.
- Observing and studying the relevant data, information, and material for planning different concepts.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques, coupled with keen attention to detail.
- Demonstrating different concepts by designing various art arrangements in different sizes, types, and styles and submitting them for approval.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements, target audience, and key messaging, ensuring design deliverables effectively communicate the desired message.
- Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas and creative solutions to meet project objectives.
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and project requirements in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines without compromising quality.

**Skills & Requirement**
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or a related role. Minimum 3+ years of experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a must
- Familiarity with the latest design tools and technologies.
- Providing a strong portfolio, demonstrating graphic designing skills. (is a must)
- A strong eye for visual composition.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and articulate design concepts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- A self-motivated individual who takes initiative stays updated with industry trends, and continuously seeks to enhance design skills.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
