We are looking for a talented and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to enhance our online presence, drive traffic, and generate leads.

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing efforts using various analytics tools, and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Create and optimize engaging content for social media platforms, website, and other digital channels to attract and retain a target audience.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to create visually appealing and compelling marketing materials.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, and recommend innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a similar industry.
- Proven experience in managing digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, tools, and techniques.
- Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and content optimization.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms for marketing purposes.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
