**Overview**:
As a Fabrication Factory Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the fabrication process within our manufacturing facility. You will lead a team of production workers, ensuring that production schedules are met, quality standards are upheld, and safety protocols are followed.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of fabrication team members.
- Plan and prioritize production schedules to meet customer demands and deadlines.
- Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with company standards.
- Train and develop fabrication team members to enhance their skills and productivity.
- Implement and enforce safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and machinery to identify maintenance needs and ensure proper functioning.
- Collaborate with other departments such as engineering, quality control, and logistics to optimize production processes and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Maintain accurate production records and reports for management review.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and streamline operations.
- Manage inventory levels of raw materials and supplies to support production requirements.
- Welding Operations: Manage welding operations, including Arch, MIG, welding processes. Ensure that welding procedures and techniques meet quality standards and customer specifications. Conduct weld inspections, provide technical guidance to welders, and implement improvements to enhance welding productivity and quality.
- Site Supervision during Erection and Site Fabrication work.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Diploma, Manufacturing, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in fabrication or manufacturing, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of fabrication techniques, equipment, and materials.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and manufacturing software systems.

**Salary Range: 15000/- pm to 20000/- pm**
