**Qualification and Skills for Advanced Excel**

**1. Educational Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field.
- Diploma or certification in Advanced Excel / Data Analytics preferred.

**2. Technical Skills**
- Proficiency in Excel formulas and functions (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX, MATCH, IF, SUMIF, COUNTIF, etc.).
- Data analysis tools (Pivot Tables, Pivot Charts, Power Query, Power Pivot).
- Conditional formatting for data visualization.
- Data validation and error checking.
- Advanced charting techniques.
- Working with large datasets and optimizing performance.
- Creating dashboards and reports.
- Using macros and VBA for automation (optional but preferred).
- Importing and cleaning data from external sources (CSV, SQL, Power BI integration).

**3. Analytical Skills**
- Strong problem-solving ability to interpret and analyze data.
- Understanding of business metrics and KPIs.
- Ability to summarize complex data into actionable insights.

**4. Soft Skills**
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication for presenting data findings.
- Time management and ability to work on multiple datasets.
- Team collaboration with finance, operations, or analytics teams.

**5. Bonus Skills**
- Experience with Google Sheets and other spreadsheet tools.
- Knowledge of database concepts and SQL.
- Familiarity with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.
