**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct in-depth and practical training sessions in the assigned technology (Python, Java, AWS, DevOps, or Cybersecurity).
- Develop and deliver course materials, assignments, and assessments to enhance student understanding.
- Provide hands-on training, real-time project guidance, and coding exercises.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and incorporate best practices into training.
- Prepare students for industry certifications and job placements.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Conduct workshops, webinars, and seminars as needed.
- For **Cybersecurity Trainers**:1 to 2 years of relevant experience** is required.

**Requirements**:

- Strong knowledge in the relevant domain (Python, Java, AWS, DevOps, or Cybersecurity).
- Hands-on experience with tools, frameworks, or platforms used in the specific domain.
- Proficiency in using IDEs, cloud platforms, or DevOps pipelines (depending on the domain).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
- Passion for teaching and the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Experience with online training platforms and e-learning tools is an added advantage.
