Job Description: Assistant Professor - Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning

**Location**: Pimpri Chinchwad
**Salary Range**: ₹60,001 to ₹70,000

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Teaching**:

- Deliver lectures on AI, Machine Learning, and related topics to undergraduate and postgraduate students.
- **Research and Development**:

- Conduct independent and collaborative research in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
- Publish research findings in reputable journals and conferences.
- Mentor students on academic and research projects in AI and ML domains.
- **Student Support**:

- Provide academic counseling and career guidance to students.
- Organize workshops, seminars, and hackathons to enhance student learning.
- **Departmental Duties**:

- Participate in faculty meetings, curriculum planning, and accreditation processes.
- Assist in securing research grants and collaborations with industry partners.
- **Innovation and Collaboration**:

- Stay updated on advancements in AI and ML and integrate them into teaching and research.
- Foster interdisciplinary collaboration across various departments.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Educational Requirement**:

- Master’s Degree in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Computer Science, or related field (Ph.D. preferred).
- **Technical Proficiency**:

- In-depth knowledge of Machine Learning algorithms, Neural Networks, Deep Learning, and AI frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.
- Hands-on experience with programming languages such as Python, R, and MATLAB.
- **Teaching & Research Experience**:

- Minimum 2-3 years of teaching or industry experience in AI and ML (preferred).
- Proven track record in publishing research papers in reputed journals.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and teamwork.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
