Job Title:Assistant Professor

Location: Pune, Maharashtra

Working Days:Mon-Sat

Timings:9:30-6:30pm

Education Requirement:

- Master’s Degree or Ph.D. in a relevant field
- NET/SET qualification

**Experience**:

- 3-5 years as an Assistant Professor in a reputed college or university

Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide academic support and guidance to students.

2. Prepare lesson plans and actively contribute to content development.

3. Conduct research and publish articles in academic journals.

4. Deliver guest lectures and presentations.

5. Engage students through interactive classroom sessions.

6. Develop and submit research proposals for funding.

7. Design and implement innovative teaching methodologies.

8. Teach undergraduate and graduate students in the area of expertise.

Skills and Competencies:

- In-depth knowledge of educational rules, regulations, and sector developments
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Effective time management and organizational capabilities
- Ability to manage stressful situations with patience and understanding
- A passion for teaching and engaging with students
- Analytical, observational, and problem-solving skills
- A record of attending seminars, workshops, and academic events

Languages:

- Proficiency in English

- Should be able to teach online and on-campus as required.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
