Job Title: Marketing and Sales Executive

Position Overview:
As a Marketing and Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our business through strategic marketing initiatives and effective sales efforts. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to the success of a leading coatings company.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies:

- Create comprehensive marketing plans to promote coating products and services.
- Utilize market research to identify target audiences and market trends.

2. Sales and Business Development:

- Generate new business leads and opportunities through proactive prospecting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying upsell opportunities.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively promoting the value proposition of coatings.

3. Client Relationship Management:

- Understand client needs and provide customized coating solutions.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.

4. Market Analysis and Competitor Research:

- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
- Provide regular reports on market conditions, customer feedback, and competitor strategies.

5. Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams:

- Work closely with the product development team to stay informed about new products and enhancements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials and content.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing and sales roles, preferably in the coatings or related industry.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
