**Position**: Accounts Executive

**Department**: Finance & Accounts

**Location**: Mumbai

**Reporting To**: Account Executive / Senior Accountant

**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records including journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations.
- Prepare and process invoices, bills, and payments (both receivables and payables).
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of statutory returns (GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, PT, etc.).
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow and fund flow.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and clarifications.
- Maintain fixed asset register and depreciation schedules.
- Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal departments for financial queries and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards (IND-AS/IFRS as applicable).

**Qualifications & Skills**
- B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
- 2-4 years of experience in a similar accounting role.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Strong knowledge of Indian taxation laws and statutory compliance.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

**Preferred Attributes**
- Experience in the manufacturing, engineering, or infrastructure sector.
- Familiarity with ERP systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.

Pay: ₹10,474.05 - ₹32,004.07 per month
