**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Project Plan Coordination**:

- Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring all tasks and milestones are clearly defined and tracked.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of project deliverables.

**2. Plan Approval Process**:

- Oversee the uploading of project plans and documentation for approval by relevant authorities and stakeholders.
- Monitor and track the status of submitted plans to ensure timely approvals.

**3. Client Communication**:

- Maintain clear and professional communication channels to ensure client satisfaction and project transparency.

**4. Equipment Follow-Up**:

- Follow up with clients to ensure timely provision and delivery of necessary equipment for project execution.
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams to facilitate the smooth procurement and delivery of equipment.

**5. Pending Plans Follow-Up**:

- Track and follow up on all pending project plans to ensure they are progressing according to schedule.
- Communicate any delays or issues to relevant stakeholders and work towards swift resolution.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project coordination, preferably in the maritime, civil, or shipbuilding industries.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
