Job Description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect to join our team in Pilerne, Goa. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing and overseeing various architectural projects, ensuring they meet client expectations and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

- Design and develop architectural plans and layouts for residential and commercial projects.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, translating them into design concepts.
- Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and construction documents using CAD software.
- Conduct site visits to assess project progress and ensure design integrity during construction.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project feasibility and compliance with local regulations.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural design software.
- Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
