**Job Title - Sales Officer**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed sales goals set by the company. Develop proactive strategies to ensure targets are met.
- Distributor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors. Ensure smooth and efficient distributor operations.
- Region Handling: Oversee and manage sales activities within the assigned region. Conduct market analysis and adjust strategies to maximize sales performance.
- Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain positive customer relationships. Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up.
- Sales Planning & Execution: Create and implement sales plans to achieve short-term and long-term sales objectives. Monitor progress and adjust strategies as needed.
- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to management. Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction. Participate in team meetings and contribute to overall sales strategy.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably within the same territory.
- Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Ability and willingness to travel within the designated territory for business purposes.
