The Quality supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality in the production of LED products. The role is pivotal in maintaining customer satisfaction, upholding industry certifications, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Establish and enforce quality control processes and standards for LED production
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement corrective actions
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with ISO standards and industry regulations
- Develop and maintain quality documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, and quality records
- Lead and support new product development activities to ensure quality requirements are met
- Implement statistical process control methods to monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement
- Oversee the calibration and maintenance of testing equipment and tools
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency
- Manage the internal and external quality audits and ensure proper closure of audit findings
- Provide training and support to production personnel on quality processes and standards
- Analyze customer feedback and complaints to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive quality excellence
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of a robust quality management system

**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
- 3+ years of Proven experience in a quality management role, preferably in the LED industry
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 or other relevant quality management systems
- Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies, such as FMEA, SPC, and Six Sigma
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality excellence

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
