The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations in the paper and printing facility. This role ensures production schedules are met with optimal efficiency, quality standards are maintained, and safety procedures are strictly followed. The Supervisor will lead and motivate a team of machine operators, helpers, and support staff to achieve operational targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise daily production activities on the shop floor, ensuring adherence to production plans, timelines, and quality requirements.
- Allocate manpower and resources effectively across shifts and machines.
- Monitor operation of printing, cutting, folding, laminating, and finishing equipment to ensure smooth workflow.
- Ensure all materials, inks, and consumables are available for uninterrupted production.
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and coordinate preventive maintenance with maintenance teams.
- Implement and enforce safety policies, PPE usage, and good housekeeping practices.
- Maintain accurate production records, machine logs, rejection reports, and shift handover notes.
- Train and guide operators on machinery operation, quality standards, and process improvements.
- Collaborate with Quality Control to address non-conformance issues and take corrective actions.
- Report daily production status, downtime analysis, and productivity metrics to management.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize processes.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
