Job Title: Customer Support Executive
**Job Description**:
We are seeking a Customer Support Executive to join our dynamic team at Maruthi Plastics & Packaging Chennai Pvt Ltd at our warehouse in Redhills. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, assisting them with their queries, concerns, and providing exceptional service. We are looking for individuals with exceptional English communication skills, and proficiency in Hindi is preferred. This position is open to immediate joiners, and fresher are encouraged to apply.
**Responsibilities**:
2. Assist customers with product information, order status, shipping details, and general inquiries.
3. Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, aiming for first-call resolution whenever possible.
4. Process returns, refunds, and exchanges according to company policies.
5. Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure seamless resolution of customer concerns.
6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
7. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members or management.
8. Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends.
9. Provide feedback to the management team regarding customer concerns and suggestions for improvement.
10. Strive to meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and service level agreements.
**Requirements**:
1. Exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written.
2. Proficiency in Hindi is preferred.
3. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
4. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
5. Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
6. Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.
7. Prior experience in customer service or a related field is a plus, but fresher are encouraged to apply.
8. Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems.
9. Immediate availability for joining preferred.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹26,238.05 per month
