Job Summary

Mandatory Working experience in Mixing and stock preparation area (i.e. Banbury, Calendaring, Extruding, Cutting, Bead etc.)
Able to understand Electrical and plant safety standards, perform risk assessments and ensure compliance with safety standards
Adequate knowledge of the plant electrical systems and understanding of maintenance management systems.
Scheduling, Planning and Executing Preventive and Predictive Maintenance of the equipment’s.
Installation, repairing and maintenance of plant electrical & electronic systems, including PLC’s HMI, motion system, A.C, D.C & Servo drives, AC & servo motors, Switch gears, hydraulic & pneumatic valves, length camera, width camera, X-ray systems,, Control valves, Pressure Transmitters, Transducers etc.
Understanding of smart factory concept and digitalization scope in complete supply chain in MFG industry
Controlling the preventive maintenance activity, other daily routing activity, assessing and analysis the daily machine break-down and troubleshooting through different analysis tools such as 5W1H, fishbone, RCA 10 point approach.
Required to monitor & perform daily section walk-through/running inspection of the machineries to identify hidden abnormalities.
Required to work as a shift leader, plan & perform activities to reduce machine downtime & calls and effective manpower handling during shift.
Understand & maintain machine spare part management systems, Ensuring & maintaining availability of the critical spares for smooth operation of maintenance Dept.
Understand Maintenance management system (CMMS), MTBF, MTTR, Equipment downtime data.
Able to understand Electrical drawings, circuits, motion sequence, manuals, P&I drawing, configuring PLC’s input -output, I/O checking
Hands on experience on PLC programming of Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi & Yokogawa PLC
Exposure to Techno - Commercial activities to develop vendor spare parts.
Creating and updating of SOPs for various processes as per requirement.
Responsible for vendor finalization through AMC.
Preparing specifications for purchases of electrical equipment and materials.

Good Analytical & Communication skills.

**Specific job requirement/Skill**:
Ability to operate specific software’s (PLC’s, HMI, Motion systems, sensors software’s. Etc.).
Programming & Troubleshooting skills of PLC’s, HMI software’s such as AB RS logix 5000, Mitsubishi ( GX works 2, MT developer 2 GX Developer ,MX Component etc.) & Yokogawa PLC’s.
Troubleshooting and parameter setting for drive/Inverter like Allen bradelly, ABB, Hitachi, Mitsubishi, Yaskawa etc.
Understanding of Industrial PC’s, Communication protocol, PLC and LAN network architecture.
Well versed with MS office, SAP, ERP
