**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with our creative team to conceptualize and execute motion graphics and visual content for various digital marketing campaigns, including social media, websites, and advertising.
- Translate marketing objectives into clear, compelling, and brand-consistent visual narratives.
- Design and create high-quality animations, graphics, and infographics for video and digital use.
- Develop storyboards and prototypes to visualize ideas and streamline production.
- Stay up to date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies in motion graphics and visualization.
- Work with video editors and digital marketers to integrate graphics into live-action footage.
- Ensure all visual content is optimized for various platforms and adheres to specific format requirements.
- Participate in creative brainstorming sessions to push the envelope of visual storytelling.
- Manage multiple projects from conception through completion, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality.
- Provide expertise and insights into the visualization of complex data or concepts.
- Maintain organized project files and archives for future revisions and adaptations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- At least 2-3 years of professional experience in motion graphics and visualization.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Strong portfolio showcasing high-end digital design skills and creative thinking.
- Solid understanding of design principles and storytelling techniques.
- Ability to interpret feedback and make informed creative decisions.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

**Work Environment**:

- In-office position in Zirakpur with the possibility of hybrid work arrangements.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
